Ingredients

 
2 Tbsp Wegmans Vegetable Oil
 
1 large clove Food You Feel Good About Peeled Garlic, finely chopped
 
4 oz sliced portobella mushrooms
 
4 oz sliced shiitake mushrooms
 
1 large (1 lb) fennel bulb, washed, trimmed and thinly sliced
 
1/3 cup finely chopped fennel leaves
 
2 cups Wegmans Unseasoned Croutons
 
1/2 cup Food You Feel Good About Chicken Culinary Stock

Directions

Heat oil in skillet. Add garlic and mushrooms and cook on MEDIUM heat until mushrooms are browned.

Add fennel; cook, stirring, until tender, but slightly crunchy. Season with salt and pepper.

Stir in fennel leaves and bread cubes. Add stock to moisten stuffing.
