Felicity Icing Recipe

Ingredients
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. hot water
2 egg whites
F.g. salt
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in top of double boiler.
2. Beat over boiling water for 5 minutes or until thick.
3. Remove from stove, beat over hot water 2 minutes longer.
4. Beat over cold water until thick enough to stand in peaks.
