Feather Pudding Recipe
Thanks to my neighbor for sharing this excellent Feather Pudding recipe. A lip-smacking Dessert, this Feather Pudding completes your spread. It is highly recommended to try out this great Feather Pudding recipe.
Ingredients
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon shortening
1 egg
1/2 cup cold water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
Directions
Put 1/4 cup honey, mixed with 2 tablespoons hot water in bottom of greased pudding dish.
Steam 1 hour.
Serve with cream or whipped cream.
