2 pints raspberry sherbet
Confectioners' sugar (optional)
Directions
1. Prepare Jelly Roll.
2. When cake is cool, unroll and spread top evenly with softened raspberry sherbet. Reroll cake without towel. Wrap roll tightly with foil; freeze until firm, about 3 hours.
