FBLT Sandwich Recipe Video
A lighter and delicious alternative to a Bacon, Lettuce, and Tomato sandwich.
Ingredients
one package of Tempeh Strips
Vegetable oil
Bread
Tomato
Lettuce
Vegan Mayo
Directions
Heat 3T oil in a fry pan, add Temeph strips, figure two strips per serving but dont over crowd the pan. Cook on each side (about 3 min per side) till browned. Remove strips and lay on a towel. To assemble the sandwich, cut two tempeh strips in half and lay on a slice of bread add lettuce and sliced tomato, spead mayo on top slice of bread and cut sandwich in half.
