Favorite Reubens Recipe
Ingredients

| 2 (6 oz) pkgs Corned Beef Slices | ||
| Sauerkraut | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| 8 Slices Pasteurized Process Cheese Spread | ||
| Thousand island dressing | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Soft Margarine | ||
Directions
For each sandwich, cover one bread slice with 1 1/2 ozs. meat, approximately 1/4 cup sauerkraut, 1 1/2 ozs. meat.
2 slices process cheese spread, 1 tablespoon dressing and second bread slice.
Spread sandwich with margarine.
Grill until lightly browned on both sides.
