Favorite Pie Recipe

Ingredients
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
2 oz. baking chocolate
1 cup skim milk
3 eggyolks, beaten
3 tsp granulated sugar
1/4 tsp salt
3 egg whites
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
2 cup low-calorie whipped topping
9 inch Basic Pie Shell, baked
Directions
Soften gelatin in water.
Melt chocolate in top of double boiler; add gelatin, beaten egg yolks, sugar replacement and salt.
Cook in double boiler until thick.
Cool.
Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff; fold into chilled chocolate mixture.
Fold whipped topping into chocolate mixture.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Chill for at least 3 hours.
