Favorite PB and Apple Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients
| Natural peanut butter | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| 2 slices low-carb multigrain bread | ||
| Sunflower seeds | 1 Tablespoon, roasted | |
| Granny smith apple | 1/2 Medium, thinly sliced | |
Directions
Spread peanut butter on 1 slice of bread.
Sprinkle with sunflower seeds and top with apple.
Top with remaining slice of bread, then cut in half.
