Directions

1. In a blender or food processor, combine yolks, lemon juice, salt, white pepper, dry mustard and cayenne; blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
2. With machine running, gradually pour in oil in a thin steady stream. Blend about 3 minutes, until thick.
