Favorite Mashed Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
| 10 medium potatoes, unpeeled, about 3 pounds | ||
| Skim milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 6 tablespoons nonfat "butter" granules | ||
| Ground black pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Steam potatoes until they can easily be pierced with a fork.
In a small saucepan, heat milk until warm and set aside.
Peel potatoes.
Place potatoes, milk and "butter" granules in a large bowl and mash with a potato masher until smooth.
Add pepper to taste.
Serve warm.
