1/2 cup cocoa
3/4 teaspoon salt
5 cups water
1 (13 ounce) can evaporated milk
2 cups milk
Marshmallows (optional)
Directions
Combine sugar, cocoa, and salt in a large Dutch oven; mix well.
Slowly stir in water; bring to a boil.
Add milk; cook just until thoroughly heated (do not boil).
Place marshmallows in individual cups, if desired; fill cups with hot chocolate
