Favorite Avocado Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 heads crisp lettuce, coarsely shredded | ||
| Hard-boiled eggs | 6 , hardboiled | |
| Avocados | 3 , sliced | |
| 1 small pkg. Roquefort cheese | ||
| French dressing | ||
| Clove of garlic | ||
Directions
Rub a large mixing bowl with a clove of garlic.
Place lettuce, eggs, avocados, and crumbled cheese in bowl.
Pour over all your favorite French dressing and toss together thoroughly.
Fine for buffet suppers.
