Directions

1. Chop the ingredients and mix them in as in the video
2. Dress is iwth lemon juice, olive oil
3. For added taste, sprinkle some bread crumbs when the salad is done

I made this using some heirloom tomatoes, mint, cucumbers (Armenian type), Lemons, from my garden-this is fabulous! Served some flat bread, my home cured olives, labni, and some nice Merlot wine (from Sicily).
