| 2 cucumbers, peeled and diced | ||

| 1 tablespoon fresh mint, finely chopped; or 2 teaspoons dried mint | ||
| 1 clove of garlic, mashed with a pinch of salt | ||
| Olive oil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 piece pita bread, toasted and cut into small pieces | ||

Directions
Combine and toss gently in a wooden salad bowl the lettuce, the vegetables, the parsley, and the mint.
