Father's Molds Recipe

Ingredients
4 ounces butter
3 ounces sugar
1 teaspoon confectioners' sugar
2 eggs
3 ounces wheat flour
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon potato flour bread crumbs
Decoration:
Whipped cream
Berries
Directions
1. Beat butter and sugar until foamy.
2. Add the eggs, one at a time, and continue to beat.
3. Mix the wheat and potato flour with the baking powder and stir into the egg mixture.
4. Distribute batter in well-greased cake molds sprinkled with fine bread crumbs.
5. Bake in a 350°F oven for 15 minutes. Decorate the cold cakes with whipped cream and berries.
