Ingredients

 
3 tbsp butter
 
5 heads of endive, minced
 
1/4 cup onion, minced
 
1/4 cup pastis
 
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
 
Salt and pepper

Directions

In a frying pan, melt butter.
Cook endives and onions 3 minutes or so.
Add pastis and nutmeg.
Season with salt and pepper, mixing well.
Continue cooking until liquid has evaporated.
