Fast Fish Dinner Recipe
Ingredients
| Canned tomatoes | 2 Cup (16 tbs), drained | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Celery | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Onions | 2 Medium, sliced | |
| Fish fillets | 1 pound | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Potatoes | 2 Cup (16 tbs), drained | |
| Parsley for garnish | ||
Directions
Put drained tomatoes and butter in medium skillet; bring to a boil.
Add celery and onions; simmer until onions are soft, 3 to 5 minutes.
Add fish, salt, pepper, and potatoes, stirring once.
Cover skillet; simmer this 10 minutes.
Garnish with parsley, and serve.
