Fast Spice Cake Recipe
Ingredients
8 oz. sugar-free lemon cake mix
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground allspice
1/4 tsp ground cloves
2/3 cup water
Directions
Place cake mix in mixing bowl.
Add spices to dry ingredients.
Add 1/3 cup (90 mL) of the water to the mixture.
Beat on high for 3 minutes.
Add remaining water and continue beating for 3 more minutes.
Transfer to an 8 in. (20 cm) wax paper lined or greased and floured cake pan.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes or until tester inserted in middle comes out clean.
