| Sharp Cheddar cheese - 2 slices (4- by 1 1/2-inch pieces) | ||

Directions
MAKING
1 Split the muffin in half.
2 Toast both the sides lightly.
3 Carefully crack the eggs in boiling water and poach them.
4 Cook until the whites are set.
5 On each muffin half, place a slice of turkey.
6 Arrange tomato slice and poached egg on top.
7 Diagonally cut the cheese slices and plce on each egg.
8 Broil each muffin for 1 to 2 minutes until the cheese melts.
SERVING
9 Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with parsley.
