Farro With Asparagus Recipe Video

Ingredients
Asparagus, trimmed and cut into bite sized pieces
Farro
Chicken stock, hot
Fresh thyme
Parsley, chopped
Directions
Boil the asparagus for 3 minutes.
Boil the faro for 20 minutes.
Gradually add the chicken stock to the farro and stir it in.
Add some thyme. Stir it in.
Take the risotto off the heat when done.
Add the asparagus and mix it in.
Top with the chopped parsley.
