Farmer'S Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients
4 loin or shoulder pork chops
Flour
Salt and pepper
4 potatoes, sliced
2 Ige. onions, sliced
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Directions
Trim excess fat from chops; roll in flour.
Brown chops and garlic in hot fat over medium heat; season with salt and pepper.
Place potatoes in baking pan; top with browned chops.
Separate onion slices into rings; lay over chops with garlic.
Blend sour cream, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt and mustard; pour over potatoes, chops and onions.
Bake 1 hour and 30 minutes at 350 de grees.
