Farmer S Soup Recipe

Ingredients
| Chicken stock | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Beef Stock | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tomato juice | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Carrots | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Turnips | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Tomato | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Spinach | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), slivered | |
| Basil | 1 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |
Directions
– In a saucepan, bring chicken and beef stock along with tomato juice to a boil. Add carrots and turnips and simmer for 15 minutes. Add tomato and spinach. Season with salt and pepper and simmer for 1 minute.
– Adjust seasoning. Sprinkle with basil and serve.
