Ingredients
| Buitoni Farfalle Pasta: 3 cups, raw | ||
| Sasso Olive Oil: 4 tbsp. | ||
| Maggi Tomato Ketchup: 3/4 cup | ||
| Tomatoes: 2, chopped | ||
| Onion: 1 large, chopped | ||
| Garlic: 1 tbsp., minced | ||
| Red Chilly Flakes: 1 tbsp. | ||
| Red Peppers: 2, chopped | ||
| Fresh Coriander Leaves: 2 tbsp., chopped | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
MAKING
1)In a deep pan, boil Buitoni Farfalle in salted water as per pack instructions.
2)Remove from heat and drain. Sprinkle 1 tsp Sasso Olive Oil and set aside.
3)Cut tomatoes into and make puree in a blender.
4)In a pan, heat remaining Sasso Olive Oil.
5)Put in add onions, garlic and chilly flakes and sauté for 4 to 5 minutes.
6)Pour in pureed tomatoes along with Maggi Tomato Ketchup. Simmer for 8 to10 minutes.
7)Season with red pepper and season with salt. Scatter fresh coriander leaves.
8)Let it cook for a minute and remove from heat
FINALIZING
9)Take a dish and pour in the sauce.
10)Add cooked pasta to the sauce, let it soak for 2 minutes.

11)Serve hot.
