Fantastic Vegetable Bars Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 can Pillsbury crescent rolls | ||
| Ranch dressing package | 1/2 | |
| Cream cheese package | 1 | |
| Sour cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 c. broccoli, cut in bite size pieces | ||
| 1 c. cauliflower, cut in bite-size pieces | ||
| Mushrooms | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Green onions | 1/8 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Olives | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Ham | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
Roll out crescent dough flat onto a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350° for eight minutes, until golden brown.
Cream together dressing mix, cream cheese and sour cream.
Spread cream cheese mixture over cooled dough.
Spread vegetables over top.
Sprinkle cheese and ham over cut bars before serving.
May be served as an hors d oeuvre or main dish
