Fantastic Chocolate Fondue Recipe
Ingredients
3/4 cup whipping cream
1 package (11 1/2 ounces) milk-chocolate chips
3 tablespoons kirsch or brandy
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries
2 medium bananas cut into 1/2 inch slices
1 1/2 cups fresh pineapple cubes
6 slices pound cake, 3/4 inch thick, cut in 1 inch squares
Directions
Pour cream in bowl or fondue pot.
Add 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips.
MICROWAVE 1 MINUTE on HIGH, or until chocolate melts.
Stir to blend chocolate and cream.
Add remaining chocolate chips.
MICROWAVE 30 SECONDS on HIGH.
Stir in liqueur and cinnamon.
Keep mixture warm in fondue pot or chafing dish, or reheat as needed.
Add 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips.
MICROWAVE 1 MINUTE on HIGH, or until chocolate melts.
