Fancy Rice Recipe
Ingredients
| Vegetable oil | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) (Dressing) | |
| Lemon juice | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) (Dressing) | |
| Dry mustard | 1 Tablespoon (Dressing) | |
| Paprika | 1 Teaspoon (Dressing) | |
| Curry powder | 1/2 Teaspoon (Dressing) | |
| 4 cups water, lightly salted | ||
| Long grain rice | 2 Cup (16 tbs) (Dressing) | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon (Dressing) | |
| Almonds | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Dressing) | |
| Cashews | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Dressing) | |
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped (Dressing) | |
| Green onions | 5 , chopped (Dressing) | |
| Avocados | 2 , diced (Dressing) | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), chopped (Dressing) | |
| 1/4 tsp thyme salt and pepper | ||

Directions
In a bowl, mix dressing ingredients.
In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
Cook rice following package instructions.
Add dressing.
Marinate in refrigerator 12 hours.
In a frying pan, melt butter.
Lightly brown almonds and cashews 3 minutes or so.
Add vegetables, avocados and garlic.
Fold into rice.
