 Dry mustard1 Tablespoon (Dressing)
 Paprika1 Teaspoon (Dressing)
 Curry powder1/2 Teaspoon (Dressing)
 4 cups water, lightly salted
 Long grain rice2 Cup (16 tbs) (Dressing)
 Butter2 Tablespoon (Dressing)
 Almonds1 Cup (16 tbs) (Dressing)
 Cashews1 Cup (16 tbs) (Dressing)
 Celery1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped (Dressing)
 Green onions5 , chopped (Dressing)
 Avocados2 , diced (Dressing)
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), chopped (Dressing)
 1/4 tsp thyme salt and pepper
 1/4 tsp thyme salt and pepper

Directions

In a bowl, mix dressing ingredients.
In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
Cook rice following package instructions.
Add dressing.
Marinate in refrigerator 12 hours.
In a frying pan, melt butter.
Lightly brown almonds and cashews 3 minutes or so.
Add vegetables, avocados and garlic.
Fold into rice.
