Fancy Parisian Fillets Recipe
Ingredients
| Oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 , chopped | |
| Chopped | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Fish fillets | 2 Pound | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| White wine | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tomatoes | 1 Can (10oz), undrained | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon |
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Place oil, half of onion, and the parsley in baking dish. Place fillets on top.
3. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over fish.
4. Bake 35-40 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
