Fancy Meal Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 pears, peeled and cut in wedges | ||
| White mushrooms | 1/2 Pound, julienned | |
| Cooked beans | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Yellow pepper | 1 To taste, thinly sliced | |
| Seedless green grapes | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Crabmeat | 5 Ounce, drained | |
| Curry powder | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Horseradish | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chives | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Place pears, mushrooms, beans, yellow pepper, grapes and crabmeat in salad bowl.
Place curry powder, lemon juice and horseradish in small bowl; whisk together very well and season generously.
Add sour cream and chives; whisk again until incorporated.
Season again to taste and pour over salad; toss.
