|Creamed cottage cheese||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|

|Cooking oil/Melted bacon fat||2 Tablespoon|
|Shredded cheese/4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|

Spread cut surface with mustard; top with a rounded tablespoonful of cottage cheese; set aside.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in small mixer bowl.
Add milk, oil and egg.
Blend; then beat at medium speed 2 minutes (or beat 300 strokes with a spoon).
Spread on bottom of greased 9x5-inch pan.
Arrange frankfurters crosswise in pan, pressing to fit.
Drizzle catsup over cottage cheese.
Sprinkle with cheese or bacon.
Bake at 400° for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown.
Cool 10 minutes; remove to serving platter.
