150 gm Tiger prawn (1 cut2 long side)@2p

20 gm Spring onion
15 gm Red chilli
50 gm tomato
5 gm Shallot
5 gm Dried small chili
5 gm coriander
150 ml chicken stock
30 ml Veg oil
1.5 tbsp Tamarind paste
1 tbsp Fish sauce
1 tbsp Palm sugar
How to make Famous Thai Seafood dish
Deep fried prawn to cook and set aside.
Heat wok then add oil then put shallot allow cook to brawn.
Add tomatoes and chicken stock then add fish sauce, palm sugar and tamarind paste as well.
Add Prawn and remain ingredian left over coriander and dried chili for garnish.
Stir fried a few minute to cook and mix well.
Finally garnish with coriander and dried chilli
