Heavy Cream – 1 ½ cups
Confectioner’s Sugar – ¼ cup

MAKING
1) In a bowl, cream the sugar, and vanilla till stiff using an electric mixer
2) Using a butter knife, spread about a tablespoon of cream on each wafer
3) Stack the wafers in 4 or 5
4) Place in the refrigerator to chill for about 15 minutes
5) Stand the stacks on the edge of a plate to make a long roll
6) Using the remaining cream, frost the outside of the roll to cover thoroughly
7) Place back in the refrigerator for about 3 hours
8) Cut diagonally at 45 degree angle
