1) Preheat oven to 425°F
2) Take a baking sheet and top each toasted English muffin half with a slice of bacon, ham, or turkey, some shredded cheese, 4 or 5 asparagus spears, and more shredded cheese.
3) Bake in 425°F oven for 15 minutes.
4) In the mean time, prepare the White Sauce according to package instructions.
5) Take each baked English muffin and top it with white sauce and serve.
