Family Steak Grill Recipe

| 1 1/2 to 2 lbs. family steak | ||
| Cut 1 1/2 to 2 inches thick Meat tenderizer | ||
| Wine | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cooking oil | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Prepare meat with tenderizer according to directions on package.
Combine wine and oil.
Pour over meat in shallow non-metallic pan or plastic bag.
Refrigerate, covered, overnight (up to 24 hours).
Remove meat from marinade.
Grill over hot coals or in broiler 4 to 5 inches from heat about 10 minutes on each side or until of desired doneness.
Season to taste.
