Ingredients

 1 1/2 to 2 lbs. family steak
 Cut 1 1/2 to 2 inches thick Meat tenderizer
 Wine2/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cooking oil1/3 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Prepare meat with tenderizer according to directions on package.
Combine wine and oil.
Pour over meat in shallow non-metallic pan or plastic bag.
Refrigerate, covered, overnight (up to 24 hours).
Remove meat from marinade.
Grill over hot coals or in broiler 4 to 5 inches from heat about 10 minutes on each side or until of desired doneness.
Season to taste.
