Ingredients

 Salmon1 Can (10oz)
 Eggs2 , beaten
 1 or 2 tbs lemon juice
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 1/4 tsp each, pepper and dry mustard
 Onion2 Teaspoon, scraped
 Milk1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Soft bread crumbs1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Parsley1 Tablespoon, chopped

Directions

Scrape skin from the salmon and discard.
Mash the salmon, bones and juice together, then stir in remaining ingredients.
Taste for seasoning.
Scrape into a buttered 8 X 4-inch loaf dish and bake in a pan of hot water at 350F for 40 minutes or until centre is set.
