Family Style Salmon Loaf Recipe
Ingredients
| Salmon | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Eggs | 2 , beaten | |
| 1 or 2 tbs lemon juice | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1/4 tsp each, pepper and dry mustard | ||
| Onion | 2 Teaspoon, scraped | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Soft bread crumbs | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
Directions
Scrape skin from the salmon and discard.
Mash the salmon, bones and juice together, then stir in remaining ingredients.
Taste for seasoning.
Scrape into a buttered 8 X 4-inch loaf dish and bake in a pan of hot water at 350F for 40 minutes or until centre is set.
