Ingredients

 Onion1 Medium, finely chopped
 Ground beef1 Pound
 Cooked rice2 1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 No. 2 can tomatoes
 Soy sauce3 Tablespoon
 Worcestershire sauce1 Tablespoon
 Curry powder1 Teaspoon
 1 tsp. onion salt
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Bacon strip3

Directions

Cook onion in 1 tablespoon hot fat until slightly browned.
Add the ground beef and brown lightly.
Mix with the rice, tomatoes and seasonings.
Place in a 1 1/2-quart casserole and top with bacon.
Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
