Sweet Falooda Recipe
Ingredients
| Full cream milk | 1 Liter (In tall glasses:) | |
| Cream | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) (In tall glasses:) | |
| Condensed milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (In tall glasses:) | |
| Blanched almonds | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), peeled (In tall glasses:) | |
| Pistachio nuts | 2 Tablespoon, sliced (In tall glasses:) | |
| Cornflour | 2 Tablespoon (In tall glasses:) | |
| 3 tbsp tookmari seeds soaked in a little water for half an hour | ||
| Rose water | 2 Tablespoon (In tall glasses:) | |
| Sugar to taste | ||
Directions
Cook cornflour in one cup water till thick and transparent.
Pass mixture through a colander onto a bowl of ice and cold water to form small noodles.
Keep aside.
Boil milk and cool.
Add all ingredients except ice cream and chill.
Mix well before serving.
Pour into glasses and add a dollop of ice cream.
