Fall Vegetable Combination Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 potatoes, peeled and diced | ||
| 2 rutabagas, peeled and diced | ||
| Chicken stock | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cheddar Cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, chopped | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients except cheese and onion.
Cook, covered, over medium heat until vegetables are tender.
Drain vegetables; mash thoroughly or puree.
Stir in cheese and onion until well mixed.
Serve hot.
