 15 ounces skinless boneless chicken or lean pork, cut into 1/2 inch strips

 Onion1 Medium, thinly sliced
 1 medium red or green bell pepper, cut into 1/2-inch strips
 Four 6-inch flour tortillas

Directions

1. In large bowl, combine chicken, orange juice, vinegar, garlic, oregano, cumin, seasoned salt, and pepper sauce. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
2. In large nonstick skillet, heat oil. Add onion, pepper, and chicken mixture. Cook 3 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until chicken is cooked through.
