Simple Fajitas Recipe
Ingredients
| 15 ounces skinless boneless chicken or lean pork, cut into 1/2 inch strips | ||

| Dried oregano | 1 Teaspoon, crumbled | |

| Seasoned salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Dash hot red pepper sauce | ||
| 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon olive oil | ||
| Onion | 1 Medium, thinly sliced | |
| 1 medium red or green bell pepper, cut into 1/2-inch strips | ||
| Four 6-inch flour tortillas | ||
Directions
1. In large bowl, combine chicken, orange juice, vinegar, garlic, oregano, cumin, seasoned salt, and pepper sauce. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
