Fairytale Brownies Truffles Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 Original flavor Fairytale Brownies | ||
| A variety of liqueurs such as Amaretto, Kahlúa, Rum, Grand Marnier, and Frangelico | ||
| Non-alcoholic syrups such as raspberry, caramel, almond, espresso, vanilla, and Irish cream | ||
| Very finely chopped nuts such as hazelnuts, pecans, or pistachios | ||
| Shredded coconut | ||
| Grated bittersweet or semisweet chocolate. Cocoa powder may also be used. | ||
| Other topping ideas: Cocoa nibs, finely chopped toffee pieces, confectionerÂ’s sugar | ||
Directions
Take one brownie and work it in your hands to form a smooth, moist ball. Make a thumbprint in the middle of the ball and fill with 5 drops of the liqueur / extract of your choice. Add additional drops if necessary. Truffle should be moist.
Break into 4 balls and roll each one into the topping of your choice.
