 Haricot beans- 2 cups cooked
 Boned chicken-1 cup cooked, shredded
 Watercress- 1 bunch, stemmed
 White onion- 1 medium-sized, minced
 Cabbage- 1/2 medium -sized head, finely shredded
 Olive oil4 Tablespoon (Dressing)
 Lemon juice4 Tablespoon (Dressing)
 Dried basil1 Tablespoon (Dressing)

Directions

MAKING
1. In a serving bowl place the watercress leaves, minced onion, haricot beans and chicken.
2. Finely shred cabbage and add it to the salad.
3. In another bowl whisk the dressing ingredients well.
4. Pour over the salad. Toss so that it mixes well.
