Fagiolio Haricot Beans with Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
| Haricot beans- 2 cups cooked | ||
| Boned chicken-1 cup cooked, shredded | ||
| Watercress- 1 bunch, stemmed | ||
| White onion- 1 medium-sized, minced | ||
| Cabbage- 1/2 medium -sized head, finely shredded | ||
| Olive oil | 4 Tablespoon (Dressing) | |
| Lemon juice | 4 Tablespoon (Dressing) | |
| Dried basil | 1 Tablespoon (Dressing) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon (Dressing) | |
| Black pepper | 1 Teaspoon (Dressing) | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a serving bowl place the watercress leaves, minced onion, haricot beans and chicken.
2. Finely shred cabbage and add it to the salad.
3. In another bowl whisk the dressing ingredients well.
4. Pour over the salad. Toss so that it mixes well.

5. Adjust the seasoning.
