Fabulous Roquefort Dressing Recipe

3 oz. Roquefort cheese

2 c. mayonnaise

3 tsp. chopped chives

1 tsp. (heaping) pepper

1 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 c. sour cream

1/2 c. buttermilk

Blend all ingredients well, adding sour cream and buttermilk last.
Chill.
Dressing may be thinned with additional buttermilk at serving time
