Fabada Asturiana Recipe
Treat your friends to this delicious Spanish stew, the Fabada Asturiana. You would have no trouble at all in cooking it. Friends would be impressed at your culinary skill. So do not procrastinate, try this Fabada Asturiana recipe. 

Ingredients
1/2 lb. dried butter beans
1/8 c. olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/8 lb. bacon, sliced
3 slices chorizo sausage
Salt to taste
1 sm sized onion, chopped
1/4 lb. ham, cubed
1 c. tomato puree
1/4 tsp. paprika
How to make Fabada Asturiana
Stage1-Soak the beans overnight in cold water.Stage2-Cook them the next day in enough water to cover to which salt has been added.
Stage3-More water will have to be added as they cook. Follow the directions on the package in cooking them until they are tender. Drain.
Stage4-Heat the olive oil in a frying pan.
Stage5-Fry the onion and garlic for a few minutes; then add the ham and bacon; brown.
Stage6-Add tomato, salt, and paprika.
Stage7-Put the beans, tomato mixture, and sausage in an oven-proof casserole.
Stage8-Mix well; cover and cook at 325 degrees fareinhite for 22 minutes.
