| 2 stalks pepperoni | ||

| Garlic salt basil | ||
| A little Planters Peanut Oil | ||
| Parmesan cheese oregano chopped parsley | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
With an electric knife, make an incision right through the centre of the roast.
Force the stalk of pepperoni into the cavity.
Sprinkle the roast with the seasoning and the basil, place it on a rack on a roasting pan and cook at 325° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, depending on size and how well done you like it.
