Extra Spicy Refried Beans, Lettuce, Tomatoes, And Lime Recipe
Ingredients
| Refried beans | 2 Can (10oz) | |
| Jalapenos | 1 Can (10oz), sliced | |
| Cayenne hot pepper sauce - 1 teaspoon | ||
| Garlic powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Romaine lettuce - 2 hearts, shredded | ||
| Vine-ripe tomatoes - 2, seeded and diced | ||
| Coarse salt | 1 To taste | |
| Extra-virgin olive oil - 1 tablespoon | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a medium nonstick skillet, over medium heat heat refried beans.
2. Stirring in jalapeno, hot pepper sauce and garlic powder, reduce heat to low and keep warm until ready to serve.
3. In a salad bowl toss lettuce and tomatoes to combine, season with salt and squeeze lime juice over the salad.
SERVING
4. Drizzle olive oil over all, toss again and serve.
