Exotic Spinach Dish Recipe
Ingredients
| Frozen chopped spinach package | 1 | |
| 3 stalks celery, including leaves, chopped | ||
| 3 green onions, including tops, chopped | ||
| Parsley | 1/2 Bunch (100gm), chopped | |
| Butter stick/Margarine | 1 | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Hot Sauce | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 3/4 cup packaged dry corn bread dressing | ||
| Oysters | 1/2 Pint, chopped | |
| Shredded Cheddar cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Cook spinach until tender; drain.
Lightly saute celery, onion, and parsley in butter or margarine.
Combine spinach and sauteed vegetables with worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, corn bread dressing, and oysters.
Bake in a greased casserole at 350° for 25 minutes.
Top with cheese and return to oven for an additional 5 minutes
