Exotic Fruit Platter Recipe
Ingredients
| Package cream cheese | 1 3 Ounce, softened | |
| 1/3 cup pineapple preserves | ||
| Milk | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon peel | 1/2 Teaspoon, finely shredded | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Whipping cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ti leaves or lettuce | ||
| Mangoes | 3 , peeled | |
| 2 kiwi fruits, peeled and sliced | ||
| Pomegranate seeds | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
For dressing, blend cream cheese and preserves.
Stir in milk, lemon peel, and lemon juice.
Whip cream just till soft peaks form; fold into cream cheese mixture.
Cover and chill.
Line a platter with ti leaves or lettuce.
Arrange mango and kiwi fruit slices atop.
If desired, sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.
