Exotic Fruit Platter Recipe
Ingredients
| Lemon peel | 1/2 Teaspoon, finely shredded | |
| 1/2 cup frozen whipped dessert topping, thawed | ||
| 1 8-ounce carton lemon yogurt Ti leaves or lettuce | ||
| Mangoes | 3 , peeled | |
| 2 kiwi fruits, peeled and sliced | ||
| Pomegranate seeds | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
For sauce, fold the lemon peel and thawed dessert topping into the yogurt.
Line a platter with ti leaves or lettuce.
Arrange mango and kiwi fruit slices atop.
If desired, sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.
