Exotic Fruit Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
| Pineapple | 1 Medium | |
| Pomegranate | 1 | |
| 1 mango, peeled, stoned and sliced | ||
| 1 guava, peeled, stoned and sliced | ||
| 1 banana, peeled and sliced | ||
| 1 orange, peeled and segmented | ||
| 1 red apple, cored and sliced | ||
| Tequila | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Icing Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Slit the pineapple in half lengthways, carefully cutting through the plume.
Scoop out flesh, leaving the shells intact.
Discard core, and cut flesh into cubes and place in a bowl.
Reserve shells.
Remove the fleshy seeds from the pomegranate and add to the bowl.
Add the remaining fruits and mix well.
Pour the tequila over and add sugar to taste.
Then pile the fruit back into pineapple shells or four bowls and serve.
