Ingredients

 Generous 1/2 cup no-soak dried peaches
 Dried apricots1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Pineapple chunks1/3 Cup (16 tbs), dried
 Mango2 Ounce
 1 cup unsweetened clear apple juice
 4 tbsp lowfat plain yogurt (optional)

Directions

1. Put the dried fruit into a small pan with the apple juice. Bring slowly to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover, and let simmer for 10 minutes.
2. Spoon into serving dishes and top each serving with a tablespoon of yogurt, if desired. Serve at once.
