Evergreen Zucchini Recipe
Ingredients
| Salt | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Zucchini squash - 8 to 10 medium (about 3 pounds), cut into 1/2-inch slices | ||
| Parsley | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Margarine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Instant minced onion | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon peel | 1/2 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1 In a frying pan, put salt and water.
2 Add in the zucchini.
3 Cook, covered for 8 to 10 minutes, or until tender.
4 Drain well.
5 Add in the remaining ingredients.
6 Heat, stirring occasionally.
SERVING
7 Serve hot.
